Our design approach

From heritage to original form

CHAESY begins with forms and stories found in Korean ceramics, architecture, furniture, and food culture. Rather than reproducing tradition as it is, we reinterpret its curves, structures, patterns, and colors as original contemporary jewelry.

  1. 01

    Heritage as a design source

Motifs drawn from living Korean culture—never pastiche, always observation.

  2. 02

    Original motif development

Each symbol is rebuilt as a CHAESY silhouette before it becomes jewelry.

  3. 03

    Sculptural form & color

Curves, volume, and accent color balanced for wearability and presence.

  4. 04

    Digital design & material expression

Precision modeling meets sterling silver, plating, pearl, and color resin.

Craft & materials

Sterling silver,
considered detail

Pieces are developed in 925 sterling silver with rhodium or gold plating, often paired with freshwater pearl, mother-of-pearl, cubic zirconia, or full-color components—materials chosen to hold both softness and structure.

  • 925 sterling silver
  • Rhodium & 14K gold plating
  • Pearl & mother-of-pearl
  • Color resin & 3D-printed motifs
